1800W Semi-Enclosed Cargo Tricycle

The 1800W Semi-Enclosed Cargo Tricycle is a practical workhorse for high-frequency heavy-duty short hauls. Its 2536W motor and 117.3N·m torque ensure snappy starts under load. The highlight is the integrated-shift rear axle-manually downshift on steep grades to boost torque and protect the motor from overheating. It rides on a 40×60mm frame, 7 heavy leaf springs, and rear 4.00-12 steel-wire tires to handle heavy cargo without sagging. The semi-enclosed roof offers rain protection, while the open sides make loading produce and bulk goods easy. With a 45Ah battery for all-day runs, it's a rugged, low-maintenance electric workhorse.

 

Weatherproofing & Bolt Torque Re-check
This model features a semi-enclosed cabin with a roof, but open sides. We highly recommend end-users prepare a waterproof tarp to cover fresh produce or goods, as rain can splash in sideways. Additionally, long sea voyages often loosen the bolts on the roof brackets and chassis mounts. Please thoroughly re-torque all critical structural bolts upon arrival to prevent rattling during daily operation.
 

Gear Oil Level & Correct Shifting Operation
Equipped with a mechanical integrated-shift rear axle, this tricycle requires proper handling. You must check the 80W-90 gear oil level inside the axle housing immediately upon delivery-insufficient oil will cause severe gear wear. For operation, downshifts must be performed only when the vehicle is nearly stopped or at very low speed while engaging the brakes. Never attempt to shift into low gear at high speeds, as this will easily strip the gears and damage the transmission.
 

Controller Waterproofing & High-Current Terminal Tightening
Because of the semi-enclosed body structure, the controller and wiring harness face a higher risk of exposure to rain. Remind end-users not to use high-pressure water jets directly under the dashboard, and ensure adequate space around the controller for heat dissipation. Given the 2536W peak motor draws very high current, carefully tighten every terminal screw on the motor phase wires and controller connections before powering on, as loose contacts can lead to severe overheating and burnt connectors.

Shock absorber
 

The 1800W Semi-Enclosed Cargo Tricycle features 37-type external spring shock absorbers. The thick outer springs provide ample support to effectively absorb bumps and reduce body bounce on uneven roads. Simple, durable, and virtually maintenance-free.

 

Rear axle

The 1800W Semi-Enclosed Cargo Tricycle comes standard with an integrated-shift 160 taper rear axle. It allows manual gear changes to boost torque on heavy climbs, protecting the motor from overheating, and shifts to high gear for smooth cruising.
