Electric Cargo Trike

Electric cargo trike is a heavy-duty electric cargo tricycle equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with multiple power options from 1000W to 1800W, a rated voltage of 60V-72V, and a maximum torque of 117.3N・m. It also features an integrated shift-mode rear axle, 7 heavy-duty leaf springs and 43 external spring shock absorbers, a thickened frame and steel wire tires, and a 1.6×1.1m cargo box.

Motor Type: Permanent magnet synchronous motor (1000W/1200W/1500W/1800W multiple power options available), rated voltage 60V-72V, maximum power 2536W, maximum torque 117.3N・m, strong starting/climbing power, high efficiency, and low noise.

Control System: Supports 18G/24G/30G controller adaptation to match different power requirements.

Starting Method: Electric start, convenient operation.

Front Shock Absorber: 43-type External Spring Shock Absorber

This 43mm diameter external spring shock absorber is a mainstream heavy-duty specification for freight tricycles. The thickened shock absorber body and high-strength spring provide strong impact resistance, effectively filtering road bumps, reducing front wheel bounce, and improving steering stability.

Rear Shock Absorber: Built-in 7-Leaf Heavy-Duty Leaf Spring

Composed of 7 heavy-duty leaf springs, each measuring 50×530mm, this is a thickened and widened heavy-duty specification.

The leaf springs provide graded load-bearing capacity through a stacked design: under no-load conditions, only a small number of leaves bear the load, ensuring basic shock absorption; under heavy load, multiple leaves share the load, significantly increasing the load-bearing capacity and preventing frame deformation.
