1. Water-Cooling System & Long-Distance Care
The 200cc Water-Cooled Heavy Duty Cargo Tricycle features a 200cc water-cooled engine, which completely avoids the "power fade" issue common in air-cooled engines on long, heavy hauls. However, we highly recommend that you immediately check the coolant level in the radiator main tank upon delivery to ensure it's between the standard marks-never run it without enough coolant. While the canopy protects against rain, be mindful that mud or insects can block the radiator fins in daily use. Regularly cleaning the radiator with an air gun is the most practical habit to prevent overheating alarms.
 

2. Hydraulic Brake Break-in & Air-Bleeding Reminder
The 200cc Water-Cooled Heavy Duty Cargo Tricycle is equipped with a Dongbang Full-Floating 5th Gen Power King Φ220 hydraulic brake system, offering a much lighter and more linear feel than traditional mechanical brakes. Before shipping, we will bleed the brake lines and fill the system with fluid. However, please remind your local dealer or end-users that the first 200 kilometers are the brake break-in period. During this time, avoid emergency braking under full load. Progressive braking during this early phase allows the new brake pads to perfectly mate with the brake drums, effectively preventing initial "soft" pedal feel or squeaking noises.

It produces a maximum power of 10.3kW at 7,500rpm and delivers 14.2N·m of peak torque as early as 6,000rpm, ensuring effortless starts even under heavy loads. The water-cooling system effectively prevents heat fade during long, tough climbs. Combined with CDI ignition and a dual electric/kick start, it guarantees reliable, all-weather operation.

Rear axle
 

The 200cc Water-Cooled Heavy Duty Cargo Tricycle is equipped with a Dongba Full-Floating 9th Generation Booster King Φ220 rear axle. Its full-floating design separates the load-bearing from the drive shafts, which effectively prevents axle breakage under extreme heavy-duty transport. Furthermore, the large Φ220 drum brake provides superior braking torque, ensuring solid structural stability and safe, controlled stops even on steep downhill roads with heavy cargo.
