The HM-004 is a 250 cc water-cooled cargo tricycle designed for daily heavy-load transportation, including agricultural produce, building materials, and bulk goods on rough or uneven roads.
Power comes from a 250 cc water-cooled engine delivering 12.5 kW at 6,500 rpm and 21.5 N·m of torque at 5,000 rpm. The water-cooling system helps maintain stable engine temperatures during long climbs and extended operation, supporting consistent performance in hot and demanding conditions. Fuel consumption is approximately 4–6 L/100 km, depending on load, road conditions, and driving conditions.
The chassis features a 50 × 100 mm reinforced frame, a Full-Floating Booster King Φ220 rear axle, 5+3 double-layer leaf springs, and Zhanhu shock absorbers. This configuration is designed to support heavy-load applications and help maintain vehicle stability on rough roads. Cargo box sizes range from 2.2 × 1.4 m to 2.4 × 1.4 m, with 5.00-12 tires and a 12 V 28 Ah battery.
The HM-004 is designed for operators who need stable performance, practical payload capacity, and straightforward maintenance for daily commercial freight transportation. Complete customs clearance documents are provided to support the import process. Typical production and delivery time is around 15 working days, depending on the final configuration, order quantity, and production schedule. A six-month standard warranty is typically provided, and genuine spare parts are available for long-term maintenance support.
