Electric cargo three wheeler is a high-performance electric cargo tricycle equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, a heavy-duty chassis configuration (leaf springs + reinforced rear axle), and a 1.6×1.1m cargo box. It features strong power, stable load-bearing capacity, durability, and reliability, making it suitable for urban and rural freight, construction site/agricultural short-distance transportation, and other scenarios.

🔋Motor Type: 1800W permanent magnet synchronous motor, rated voltage 60V-72V, maximum power 2536W, maximum torque 117.3N・m, powerful and efficient.
Control System: Supports 18G/24G/30G controller adaptation to match different power requirements.
Starting Method: Electric start, easy operation.
🚛 Body and Load-Bearing Configuration
Frame: 50×70mm high-strength keel frame, stable structure.
Cargo Box Dimensions: 1.6×1.1m, meeting basic cargo carrying requirements.
Rear Axle: Integrated shiftable 160° tapered rear axle (optional 160/180/220 or large six-tooth), reliable transmission, less prone to slippage under heavy loads.
Suspension and Load-Bearing Capacity: Built-in 7-leaf heavy-duty steel leaf springs (50×640mm) + 43 external springs for shock absorption, suitable for complex road conditions and with strong load-bearing capacity.
Tires: Front tires are 3.75-12 nylon tires, rear tires are 4.00-12 steel wire tires, wear-resistant and puncture-proof, suitable for heavy-duty scenarios.
🔋 Battery Configuration
Standard configuration includes a 45Ah battery, providing sufficient range for short-to-medium distance transportation needs; upgrades are available upon request.

Electric Cargo Three Wheeler Rear Axle
Fully floating, power-assisted rear axle is a high-performance rear axle assembly designed specifically for heavy-duty electric/fuel-powered tricycles. Through the combination of a "fully floating structure + power-assisted transmission mechanism," it achieves core advantages such as strong load-bearing capacity, high torque, impact resistance, and low loss. The half-shaft is only responsible for transmitting power torque; all the vehicle's load and impact loads are borne by the axle housing and wheel hub flanges, and the half-shaft does not bear bending stress.
