Electric Tricycle Dumper

Our factory-direct heavy-duty electric cargo tricycle is equipped with a 1000-1800W multi-power permanent magnet synchronous motor, paired with a 60V-72V voltage platform, and a maximum torque of 117.3N・m, providing strong power for climbing and heavy loads. It features a 40×80mm high-strength frame, an integrated shiftable rear axle, and 7-leaf reinforced steel springs + 37 external springs for shock absorption, ensuring high load-bearing capacity, durability, and reliability. 

1.6×1.1m cargo box is suitable for urban and rural freight and agricultural transportation scenarios. As a source factory, we have a complete production chain and quality control system, providing stable supply, customized configurations, and full-process export services.

It employs a dual hydraulic jacking design, consisting of a hydraulic pump, cylinders, oil pipes, control valves, and a cargo box:

Power Source: Hydraulic pump, driven by an engine or electric motor, pressurizes and delivers hydraulic oil to two vertically mounted cylinders.

Lifting Process: High-pressure oil pushes the cylinder pistons upward, lifting the entire cargo box and tilting it backward.

Unloading Action: Movable side panel at the rear of the cargo box automatically opens as the angle increases, allowing the goods to slide out directly under gravity.

Reset Process: Directional valve releases pressure from the cylinders, allowing the cargo box to smoothly return to its original position under its own weight, and the latches automatically close.
