Shipping Methods & Packaging
This tricycle is large and can be shipped either fully assembled on a wooden pallet or partially disassembled. If shipped disassembled, assembly will be required upon arrival, and we will provide a detailed installation video and manual. Please confirm before ordering whether your delivery address allows for large‑vehicle unloading and whether forklift or crane assistance is needed.
 

Initial Charging & Usage Tips
After receiving the vehicle, please charge it fully before first use. We recommend a minimum of 8 hours for the initial charge to activate the battery's optimal performance. In daily use, avoid draining the battery completely before recharging, as this helps extend battery life. If the vehicle will be idle for extended periods, remember to recharge it once a month.
 

Parts Compatibility & Maintenance Convenience
This vehicle uses common, widely available parts (tires, controller, shock absorbers, etc.), making maintenance and repairs easy at most local repair shops. If you need original parts, you can order them directly through our customer service, and we will provide technical support and guidance.
 

Delivery Time & Return Policy
Standard configurations ship within 7‑15 working days after order placement. Custom orders require additional production time. As this is a custom‑made bulky item, we do not accept returns without quality issues for non‑quality‑related reasons, so please confirm your configuration before ordering.
