Hydraulic Dumper

1000kg Tricycle Load Carrier is a specialized cargo box that automatically lifts, tilts, and unloads cargo using a hydraulic power system. It mainly consists of a hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic cylinders, a multi-way control valve, a hydraulic oil tank, and a thickened self-unloading cargo box. Engine drives the hydraulic pump to generate high-pressure oil. By adjusting the oil circuit with the control handle, the hydraulic cylinders are pushed to slowly lift the cargo box, creating a tilt angle. Cargo, such as sand, grain, slag, and building materials, automatically slides down under its own weight to complete the unloading. After the operation is completed, the pressure is released by pulling back the handle, and the cargo box smoothly returns to its original position.
